Updated pricing structure from 1 June 2026

As global infrastructure and technology costs rise, we’re updating our order processing charges in a fair, growth-friendly way. Orders below ₹150 stay free, every plan includes free order limits, and after that, only a minimal 0.6% charge applies on eligible orders above the threshold.

Shoopy’s Fair Use Policy keeps the platform reliable and affordable. Each plan includes usage limits for SMS, orders, and bandwidth. If your usage goes beyond the included limit, we will inform you before any extra charges apply.

02 Order Processing Charges

Order processing charges apply only after you cross your plan’s free order limit. They apply to all payment types — COD and online. Review your plan on the Pricing page.

An example

On the Basic plan, an order worth ₹3,500 would normally incur a 1% fee of ₹35 — but with the 0.6% max charge, you only pay ₹20. An order worth ₹120 incurs no fee at all.

03 Wallet, Recharges & Rentals New

Shoopy now supports a wallet-based system that makes billing flexible and predictable.

  • Wallet recharge: Top up your Shoopy wallet in advance. Charges are auto-deducted from your balance.
  • Lower rental charges: Get more credits for every rupee spent on add-ons and premium features.

04 Bandwidth Usage

Bandwidth helps your store load smoothly. All plans include bandwidth for normal business usage.

If your store uses unusually high bandwidth, extra charges may apply. We will notify you if usage approaches the limit.

If extra charges apply, we will communicate them clearly before deducting from your wallet or invoice. See our Terms of Service for broader platform terms.

Credits and wallet points from plan purchases, recharges, or renewals cannot be converted into cash.

Why are extra charges applied?
Extra charges help us cover rising infrastructure, server, and technology maintenance costs while keeping the platform reliable for everyone. The tiered fees (0.6%–2%) and the 0.6% max charge per order are designed to keep the impact small for most businesses, while letting us continue to invest in performance, support, and new features.
How are orders counted?
Every confirmed order — whether paid online or via COD — counts toward your plan’s free order limit (50 on Free, 250 on Basic, 800 on Professional, 1,000 on Business). Cancelled orders and orders below ₹150 are not charged. Once you cross the free limit, the per-order processing fee applies to each subsequent order, capped at a 0.6% max charge.
When will users be notified?
We will notify you via email, dashboard banner, and SMS as your usage approaches the free order limit. You will also receive a clear notice before any charges are applied to your wallet or invoice. The updated pricing takes effect from 1 June 2026, and all customers will receive communication before that date.
